Pre mask tape is translucent saturated paper which is used to transfer cut vinyl graphics from their release liner to another surface. Photographer's matte black tape features an opaque, matte surface for light-free masking. Other specialty paper tapes include measurement ruler tape, drafting tape, freezer tape and welding spark deflection paper tape.
