History

• Founder Kevin Mahoney initially started FindTape.com as an opportunity to learn the Microsoft .NET platform. Eventually, his side project took on a life of its own, and he left his employer to become an entrepreneur, working full-time on the e-commerce site.
• Web site launched 2004.
• First retail store opened in April of 2019 in North Brunswick, NJ.
