  • JVCC DC-4420LB Double Coated PVC Tape (Aggressive)

    JVCC DC-4420LB Double Coated PVC Tape is a PVC film coated on both sides with a water based acrylic adhesive. On a gold siliconized paper liner. The adhesive system of this two-sided tape is very aggressive and will bond to nearly all materials (even on difficult surfaces like foams, PE and PP films). Has excellent temperature, UV, aging, and water vapor resistance. Used for bonding rubber, plastic, metal, and wood substrates. Also for permanent mounting of nameplates, hemming vinyl banners and decorative trim on appliances and furniture. Has a one hour dwell before adhesion reaches maximum.

  • JVCC PRE-MASK-1 Premask Application Tape

    JVCC PRE-MASK-1 Premask Application Tape is a 5.3 mil natural color transfer premask. Translucent saturated paper with a rubber resin based pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is fully compatible for plotter cuts and thermal die cuts of all size die cuts and vinyl lettering. Pre Mask is used to transfer cut vinyl graphics from their release liner to another surface. The tape protects the graphics from scratches during installation and allows quicker application since the cut graphics will not move during installation. Has medium tack which is ideal for most transfer applications and it has good resistance to abrasion and moisture.

JVCC ATG-7502 ATG Tape, like all ATG tapes, is reverse wound on the roll so it is designed to be used in an ATG dispenser/gun (the 1/4" width fits in the 3M 714 Applicator/Dispenser and the 1/2" width fits in either the JVCC ATG1 or 3M 700 Applicator/Dispenser).

  • Scapa T002 ATG Tape (Acid Neutral)

    Scapa T002 ATG Tape is an unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film tape (pressure-sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner). It has an acid neutral (pH 7) acrylic adhesive. Scapa T002 is used for graphic arts applications, picture framing, scrapbooking, photo mounting, exhibit and POP displays and product assembly. Other applications include mounting promotional items and posters and also mounting picture frame mat boards and dust covers. Glass fibers in adhesive provides easy handling and dimensional stability. Its high grab characteristics ensures a successful splice. Has a good initial tack and good ultimate bonding power. The 60-yard long rolls are great for production shops since it cuts down on the number of times rolls need to be loaded which saves on labor cost. Scapa T002 ATG Tape, like all ATG tapes, is reverse wound on the roll so it is designed to be used in an ATG dispenser/gun (see the JVCC ATG1 or 3M 700 Applicator/Dispenser we also sell). Also the 60 yard rolls will fit in both the JVCC ATG1 and 3M 700 dispensers. The main difference between Scapa T002 and Scapa TD-200 ATG tapes is that T002 has a tackier adhesive and it is pH neutral (acid-neutral).

  • Scapa 174 Double Coated Cloth Carpet Tape

    Scapa 174 Double Coated Cloth Carpet Tape is a woven cotton cloth, coated on both sides with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive. The two-sided cloth tape is supplied on an easy-release polyethylene white liner. Has high shear resistance but still leaves no residue upon removal from most surfaces. Applications for the Scapa 174 include: temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations, print plate mounting, and carpet hold down where a more aggressive adhesive is required.

It is designed with a flame retardant cotton cloth and synthetic adhesive system that complies with F.A.R. 25.853(a). Applications for Polyken 108 Double-Coated Carpet Tape include carpet installation on interior floors and on stairs of aircraft.   • Polyken 105C-P Multi-Purpose Double Coated Carpet Tape (Paper Liner)

    Polyken 105C-P Multi-Purpose Double Coated Carpet Tape is a high quality, double-sided cloth tape on a white paper liner used for carpet hold down and mounting. It replaces tack strips. Polyken 105C Paper Liner Carpet Tape is used for carpet hold-down for conventions or on aircraft; hanging or seaming polyethylene sheets for construction or abatement; securing garment to pallet in lieu of spray adhesive in screen printing; and temporary holding applications for industrial use. Tape is supplied on a paper liner instead of a standard film liner. The paper liner is typically easier to remove although it may have a tendency to rip when applying the tape across large areas, whereas a film liner would not. NOTE: Depending on if our converter is cutting the rolls themselves from a log or getting them pre-slit from Polyken (Covalence Adhesives) the rolls will either be on a plain white core or on a Polyken core.

  • Permacel P-02 Double Coated Kraft Paper Tape

    Nitto Denko/Permacel P-02 Double Coated Kraft Paper Tape is a highly versatile double-sided tape on flat kraft paper backing that boasts super-aggressive adhesion. It is designed for a variety of splicing, mounting, holding, laminating and fastening applications. Permacel P-02 is ideal for when tape conformability and strength are vital. It can be used with glass or metal surfaces. It is recommended for holding metal in place during machining operations (provides a secure, movement-free hold-down); for anchoring metal plates, type, cuts and patches to printing forms; and for mounting small fixtures, display items and moldings. Permacel P02 can be die-cut or shear-cut to any size or shape. It is coated on both sides with an aggressive, synthetic rubber/resin adhesive that makes it ideal for splicing medium-to-heavyweight paper stocks. It provides high shear strength, high initial tack and is solvent resistant (will not dissolve when exposed for limited periods to solvents such as MEK, carbon tetrachloride, gasoline or alcohol). Its liner removes easily, even after exposure to high pressure-laminating operations.

    Scapa TD-200 ATG Tape, AKA Unifilm® TD200, is a permanent unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film (pressure-sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner). Scapa TD200 is used for picture framing and photo mounting, graphic arts applications, and product assembly. Other applications include attaching fabric swatches in sample books and assembling point-of-purchase displays. Mounted on cores designed especially for use in tape dispensers (tape dispensing system allows for quick, clean, and easy application). Bonds to a wide variety of surfaces including paper, most plastic films, and metal foils. Very high quick-stick and excellent holding power at elevated temperatures.     3M Scotch 108 Removable Foam Mounting Squares is a carded pack of 16 1 inch x 1 inch removable double-sided foam mounting squares. They are ideal for adhering lightweight items such as posters and photos to wood, ceramic tile, gloss and semi-gloss painted walls, glass, refrigerators, and textured surfaces. Can hold up to 1 lb. of weight (use 4 squares for each half pound of weight to be held).

  • Scapa 274 Double Coated Cloth Carpet Tape (Differential Adhesion)

    Scapa 274 Double Coated Cloth Carpet Tape is a woven cotton cloth, coated with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive on the liner side, and coated with a less adhesive rubber adhesive on the exposed side which is specially formulated for clean removal from substrates. The product is supplied on an easy-release polyethylene liner. Differentially coated double-sided cloth tape is primarily used in the convention industry for temporarily laying of carpet on tile and other flooring; carpet installation where a more aggressive adhesive is required; temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations; and for print plate mounting. The aggressive adhesive on Scapa 274's liner side is especially suited for adhesion to carpet, while the adhesive on the exposed side leaves no residue upon removal.

  • JVCC DCP-03 Double Coated Heavy Paper Tape (Acrylic Adhesive)

    JVCC DCP-03 Double Coated Heavy Paper Tape is a white paper coated on both sides with an aggressive modified water-based acrylic adhesive; comes on a gold siliconized paper liner. It has good dynamic and static shear strength. No plasticizer migration on most surfaces. Good water-vapor, temperature, UV, and aging resistance. Moderate resistance to chemicals (should be tested first). Excellent corrugated splicing tape. JVCC DCP-03 Double-Sided Paper Tape is also used for other holding, joining, attaching and laminating applications. Adhesive has 1 hour dwell time.

    Polyken 100D Premium Double Coated Carpet Tape is a high-quality all-cotton cloth tape coated on both sides with a rubber adhesive. The cloth's high thread count gives added thickness and strength. Double-sided cloth tape is used for carpet hold down and mounting and is designed for residue-free removal. Outperforms paper or film-backed tapes due to superior strength and backing thickness (excellent performance on irregular surfaces). Common uses for Polyken 100D Carpet Tape include: Used for carpet hold-down for conventions or on aircraft. For adhering area rugs and carpet runners on to existing carpeting. As a comparison, Polyken 100D does everything Polyken 105C does but can also hold things vertically (like plastic sheeting for asbestos abatement). Note: Stock of 25-yard pre-slit rolls is limited and once depleted only 36-yard material will be available.

    3M Scotch 908 ATG Gold Tape is an unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film tape (pressure-sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner). It has an acid free/acid neutral (pH 7.0 - 8.5) acrylic adhesive and is photo safe in accordance with both Black and White Photographic Activity Tests and Color Photographic Activity Tests (per ANSI IT9.16). 3M 908 is used for general purpose applications for holding most paper, foil, film, metal, printed surfaces, glass and sealed wood including: matting and framing pictures, artwork and documents, memory and scrap books, general crafts, school projects. 3M 908 ATG Tape, like all ATG tapes, is reverse wound on the roll so it is designed to be used in an ATG dispenser/gun (the 1/4" width fits in the 3M 714 Applicator/Dispenser and the 1/2" width fits in either the JVCC ATG1 or 3M 700 Applicator/Dispenser).

    3M Scotch 111 Permanent Foam Mounting Squares is a carded pack of 16 1 inch x 1 inch heavy-duty double-sided foam mounting squares. Used to wall-mount pictures and decorations. They adhere and conform to a variety of surfaces such as walls and ceramic tile (please note that this is a permanent tape and may cause damage if removed). Can hold up to 1 lb. of weight (use 2 squares for each half pound of weight to be held).

    3M Scotch 109 Removable Poster Tape is a double-sided mounting tape which securely mounts posters and lightweight objects on wood walls or doors, tile, glass, refrigerators, vinyl wallpaper, and primed and painted walls. Easy clean removal from most surfaces such as walls, but not recommended for use on delicate surfaces like wallpaper (it may also damage poster upon removal). Can hold items up to 1/4 lbs. Comes carded in a clear polystyrene dispenser with a metal blade.

    Scapa S5169 Double Coated Black PVC Foam Tape is a high density black PVC foam tape coated on both sides with a high performance acrylic adhesive.   • 3M Scotch 5952 VHB Tape (heavy duty mounting)

    3M VHB Tape provides the convenience and simplicity of a tape fastener and are ideal for use in many interior and exterior bonding applications. In many situations, they can replace rivets, spot welds, liquid adhesives and other permanent fasteners. These VHB tapes are made with acrylic foam which is viscoelastic in nature. The acrylic chemistry provides outstanding durability performance. The tapes have excellent durability and excellent solvent and moisture resistance. 3M 5952 Heavy Duty Mounting VHB Tape is black, double-coated VHB adhesive tape with an acrylic foam core. A modified acrylic adhesive is on both sides of very conformable foam which provides adhesion to the broadest range of substrates/surfaces, including most powder coated paints. Comes on a red film release liner.

  • JVCC DC-UHB45FA-G Ultra High Bond Double Coated Tape (Grey Foamed Acrylic - 43 mil)

    JVCC UHB45FA-G Ultra High Bond Double Coated Tape is constructed of a grey foamed acrylic system which has excellent all around bonding properties which allows for very high performance in the most demanding of applications. Ideal for structural bonding applications in the transportation industry. Used in automotive aftercare market and in body shops for crash repair as well as mounting/fixing car side molding and emblems. The pressure sensitive acrylic composition has very good tack; has excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces; and has high shear strength performance. Tape is carried on a red, release coated polyethylene liner that is easily removed. Has good UV resistance. Tape will bond to most surfaces including many plastics, composites, sealed woods and metals; however thorough evaluation is recommended when bonding to low energy surface material such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, silicones and Teflon. For lower energy surfaces may need to use an adhesive promoter/primer such as IPA (isopropanol) on the substrate prior to application. When applying the tape after removing the release liner be careful not to contaminate the acrylic adhesive and try to immediately bond the tape to the surface without entrapping air between the tape and the surface it is being applied to. At a minimum application pressure should be 15 pounds per inch of tape width in order to achieve maximum bond strength. The dwell time the tape needs to be in contact with both surfaces, before it reaches it maximum adhesion, is 1 to 24 hours.

  • JVCC DC-WPVC98 Double Coated White PVC Tape (Agressive)

    JVCC DC-WPVC98 Double Coated PVC Tape is a white PVC film coated on both sides with a modified acrylic adhesive, solvent free, based on aqueous dispensions. It's adhesive strength builds up with time (1 hour swell time) and it is very moisture and temperature resistance. This adhesive has good tack and adheres extremely well to PE- and PP- films as well as to rough surfaces such as chipboards. JVCC DC-WPVC98 is also APEO/APE Free.

  • Scapa 4450 Adhesive Transfer Tape (Acid Neutral)

    Scapa 4450 Adhesive Transfer Tape is an unsupported (it does not have a backing and is only adhesive) acrylic adhesive transfer film tape on a siliconized paper liner. It is the same kind of tape as Scapa T002 ATG tape; however it is not reverse wound or on a 1" core like an ATG tape so does not require an ATG dispenser to apply it (please note that it will not fit or work in an ATG dispenser for these reasons). It has an acid neutral (pH 7) acrylic adhesive. Scapa 4450 is used for self-adhesive labels and nameplates; mounting of photographs and posters; and splicing tape for film and paper webs. It is also used for graphic arts applications, picture framing, exhibit and POP displays and product assembly. Other applications include mounting promotional items and posters and also mounting picture frame mat boards and dust covers. It has good long-term aging properties, good temperature resistance, and glass fibers in adhesive provide easier application and clean break of adhesive.

  • Nashua 680006 Double-Sided Tarp Tape

    Nashua Double-Sided Tarp Tape is a double-coated cloth tape with a polyethylene release liner suitable for up to 12 months of outdoor exposure. Used for sealing and seaming heavy-weight tarps.   • JVCC DCP-01 Double Coated Crepe Paper Tape (Rubber Adhesive)

    JVCC DCP-01 Double Coated Crepe Paper Tape is a high quality saturated crepe paper coated on both sides with a medium tack, high shear synthetic copolymer rubber based adhesive. Applications include: general purpose bonding of papers, films and fabrics; splicing and core start up applications; and mounting golf club grip handles depending on lubricant type.     Tyco 702209 Exterior Mounting Tape is a double-sided foam tape that has industrial quality adhesive and is weather resistant. It can be used either outdoors or indoors. Use it wherever nails or screws are not desirable. Can be used on tile, glass, plaster and finished wood surfaces. Each 2-inch length strip will hold 1/2 pound of weight. Can hold an object up to 15 pounds in weight when using multiple strips. Be sure mounting surface is free of grease, dust and wax before applying. Due to bonding strength of the adhesive, mounting tape is not recommended for use on wallpaper, plasterboard or unfinished wood as damage to these surfaces may occur upon removal. Once applied the object can not be removed without ruining adhesive. Foam on tape is approximately 1/16" thick.

    Tyco 702210 Removable Mounting Tape is a double-sided foam tape that stays removable for up to 2 years. Use it to hold lightweight objects such as posters, calendars, children's drawings, small pictures, etc. on a variety of surfaces including tile, glass, metal, plaster, paneling and finished wood. Each 1-inch length strip will hold 1/8 pound of weight. Can hold an object up to 6 pounds in weight when using multiple strips. Be sure mounting surface is free of grease, dust and wax before applying. Tape removes easily from most surfaces leaving no sticky residue. Foam on tape is approximately 1/16" thick.
