Mueller Tuffner Pre-Tape Aerosol Spray is a colorless spray adhesive that helps secure tapes or wraps to the skin. With the added adhesion, the stickiness of the tape or wrap will last longer on the skin. It not only strengthens the skin, but provides antiseptic protection without causing discoloration. The spray is also water-resistant making it ideal to use when taping sweaty parts of the body or for use in wet conditions.

3M 4298 Adhesion Promoter is formulated specifically for use with 3M VHB acrylic foam tapes to achieve a permanent bond with low surface energy plastics used for automotive dashboards, interior trim, and exterior trim applications. It works well with LSE plastics, as well as TPO, PPO, PP, PC, PC and ABS. 3M Adhesive Promoter is supplied in an easy-to-use sponge applicator packet, for a fast and precise application. Convenient to use, it dries within 30 to 90 seconds. Each sponge applicator packet contains .85 ounces (2.5 cc) of adhesion promoter, enough to cover up to 150 square inches. 3M Scotchrap Pipe Primer is a quick-dry, non-sag rubber base primer that prepares the surface for tape application. It permeates metal surface pits and irregularities. Use with 3M Scotchrap 50 as the primer is compatible with the special adhesive on this tape and will enhance the adhesion. This is a 1 gallon can.

tesa 60150 Universal Adhesion Promoter can be used to improve the adhesion of tesa's pressure-sensitive adhesive tape offering to various substrates including zinc, steel and PP/EPDM. It is especially recommended for the tesa ACXplus product family. The UV-traceability of the tesa 60150 Adhesion Promoter allows easy quality control during the application process. Heskins Edge Fix Sealer is used to seal adhesive tape installed onto floors and surfaces to reduce the risk of edge lift in high traffic areas. This product is ideal to use where there may be a repetitive impact at sharp angles or significant foot traffic to the tape, such as non-slip stair treads or warehouse directional signs. Edge Fix is easily applied onto both the substrate and the tape and dries in 10 to 15 minutes. The tube is similar to a large toothpaste tube with a fine nozzle for precise application just where you need it. Apply the adhesive only after the tape has been secured to the surface and only use a small amount required for the job. One tube of the product should seal approximately 120 linear feet of non-slip stair treads.

CureTape Clean Skin Pre-Taping Spray contains 70% alcohol and can be used before applying kinesiology tapes. It degreases and cleanses the skin and prepares it for the application of tape. It is a skin-friendly cleansing product that improves the adhesion of the tape. Note: this Pre-Taping Spray is a different product than 3M Cavilon Spray. 3M Cavilon Spray is a protective product and is used primarily on older skin and on clients with sensitive skin. VetkinTape Clean Coat Pre-Taping Spray is a skin-friendly cleanser used before applying VetkinTape to the animal's coat. It cleans and degreases the coat, which improves the adhesion of the tape. Please Note: VetkinTape recently changed their packaging for this product. You may receive a bottle with the original retail design called "VetkinTape Pre-Taping Spray." 3M 94 Tape Primer is an adhesion promoter for use in conjunction with 3M Acrylic Foam VHB Tapes. For use on many plastics, rubber, metal, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, painted and bare metal substrates. Coverage provided is 600 square feet per gallon of primer . Application Instructions Shake 3M Primer 94 well before using (for the ampules need to squeeze in the middle until hearing a pop to break the inside vessel). Apply a thin uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimum amount that will fully coat the surface. Allow 3M Primer 94 to dry thoroughly before applying tape. This is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature. Be sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants prior to applying the tape. Porous surfaces may require 2 applications of 3M Primer 94 for uniform coverage and good adhesion. Allow the first application of primer to dry before applying the second coat.

3M 111 Adhesion Promoter, also referred to as AP111, is an isopropyl alcohol-based primer solvent solution used to promote better and faster adhesion of 3M VHB Acrylic Foam Tapes to various surfaces including bare metals, galvanized steel, and painted surfaces. Since surfaces and paint formulations vary considerably, each application should be verified through testing. 3M 111 can clean and promote adhesion in one step provided the surface is relatively clean and free of wax, grease, oil, and loose particles. The coverage provided is approximately 19 square meters per liter based on 2 mils wet coating thickness. It can vary greatly depending on the method of application. Drying time is approximately 1 minute depending on coating thickness, temperature, and humidity. Features & Benefits Increases tape adhesion build rate at both normal and cooler temperatures. 3M AP115 Silane Glass Treatment is used to promote adhesion of 3M Acrylic Foam VHB Tapes to uncoated glass surfaces. Glass is hydrophilic (water loving) in nature and may lead to performance issues over time in humid or wet environments due to water vapor undercutting the bondline and interfering with normal adhesion forces. 3M silane glass treatment AP115 treats the glass surface (acts as an adhesion promoter or primer) creating a hydrophobic surface that will act to protect the 3M VHB Tape bondline. Coverage provided is approximately 20 to 25 square feet per 4 fluid ounce bottle.

Heskins IPA Surface Cleaner Prep is a 100% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) surface cleaning and prep solution (AKA Propan-2-ol or Isopropanol). This product helps to remove contaminants and greasy residue before applying adhesive tape products to your floor or other surfaces. The IPA Cleaner is cost-effective and will not leave behind a greasy residue which can affect the adhesive qualities of non-slip tread tape. Always use a clean dry cloth when cleaning the surface and wipe in one direction. This ensures the contaminants and residue are wiped off the floor and not re-introduced onto the surface. Make sure to follow all directions for use and safety, store in a well-ventilated location, and keep the container closed tightly. Heskins Porous Surface Primer is a water-based primer which helps to create a stable surface for your tape application. Heskins recommends that the surface is sealed prior to the application of the primer. A non-sealed surface may allow moisture to travel through to the tape and this could allow the tape to lift or not fully adhere to your substrate. Heskins Primer will help to prevent the moisture from affecting the adhesive of tread and other floor marking tapes. Simply brush down (paint) only onto the area where you will be applying the adhesive tape and allow the product to dry. The drying time is typically 10-30 minutes depending upon the application temperature and surface type.
