  • JVCC REF-7 Engineering Grade Reflective Tape

    JVCC REF-7 Engineering Grade Reflective Tape is used for safety applications as well as entertainment industry use as spike tape or "daytime" glow tape. Reflective Tape is primarily designed for permanent and temporary traffic signage and features an enclosed lens retroreflective urethane film coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive. Application surface should be flat (not for unpainted stainless steel surfaces). JVCC REF-7 may be screen printed, guillotine cut, die-cut, or thermal kiss-cut. The adhesive has a dwell time of 24 hours, but reaches 75% of its adhesiveness after 15 minutes. Comes on a 3 inch diameter neutral paper core and has a paper release liner. Meets or exceeds requirements of federal specification LS-300C, FP-85, and ASTM D4956-94. Has a 7 year durability.     ISC REF1X24 Black Reflective Tape blends in with black during the day and shines bright white at night when another headlight reflects it. Improves safety and nighttime visibility while maintaining good looks. Perfect for the rear of motorcycles, bicycles, snowmobiles, helmets, or anything imaginable that you want to be seen. Hardly noticeable on black, which is the color of choice on many vehicles or bicycles on the roads today. Comes in a small retail pack with a 1 inch x 24 inch strip and a 1/2 inch x 24 inch strip. Cut to desired length or pattern, then remove backing and apply. The tape has a typical coefficient of retroreflection of 30 and meets NFPA requirements.

    ISC REF-DOT Reflexite Retroreflective Conspicuity Tape is a DOT-compliant prismatic conspicuity tape with 5-year durability used for commercial truck and trailer marking. This tape is an economical and effective alternative to the 10-year products when retrofitting older equipment. The tape comes with an aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that is designed for application to bare and painted metals, fiberglass, structural composite materials and more. It resists edge lift due to repeated mechanical and hand washing. The tapes are made from fully metalized, UV stabilized polymeric film, 2 mils thick. Single ply, not open cell, construction means no edge sealing is required so edges will not turn black with time and exposure as can happen with open cell construction. The tape is made by Reflexite.     Reflexite Brilliance Series GP-340 Garment Retroreflective Trim is designed to be sewn or high frequency welded to high visibility safety apparel such as safety vests, jogging vests, utility suits, rainwear, shoes, backpacks, and a variety of other types of protective clothing.     JVCC REF-S Engineering Grade Striped Reflective Tape is used for safety applications and is primarily designed for permanent and temporary traffic signage. It is a polyester/vinyl tape coated with an acrylic adhesive. Use to help prevent accidental damage to shelves/racks, loading docks and poles. Diagonal stripes on the tape are approximately 2-7/8" long (measured along the side edge of the roll). REF-S Reflective Tape meets Federal specification No. LS-300C (Reflectivity 1, class 1) and FP-85 (Type II). Red with White stripes is not recommended for long term outdoor use due to fading.
