Shurtape WP-300 Performance-Grade Reinforced Paper Tape is a water-activated reinforced tape used for packaging applications in all environments. Its starch-based water-activated adhesive provides an instant, aggressive bond to most corrugated surfaces and becomes part of the box. The fiberglass reinforcing filaments on WP 300 provide excellent tensile strength and optimum security. Recommended for medium-duty carton sealing for critical closure of medium weight cartons subject to handling stress. Please note Shurtape no longer winds this tape onto a core. This tape is printed "STOP-CAUTION" in red letters. IPG 233 water-activated reinforced tape is designed to provide consistent performance in carton sealing applications where durability, extra strength and reliability are required. The extra strong fiberglass yarns are bonded between the high tensile strength sheets for an extra margin of strength. Works well on recycled cartons and non-unitized loads. Recommended for light-duty carton sealing with minimal exposure to handling, shipping, and load stress. Rolls do not come on a core unless specified in size name. It has extra strong fiberglass yarns which are bonded between the high tensile strength sheets for an extra margin of strength. Recommended using on light and average weight cartons up to 25 pounds. Please note this tape is not wound on to a core. Gummed Paper Tape is used for two strip sealing cartons top & bottom. Non-cellulose materials can be removed during repulping and allow for easy recycling. The white color is more of an off-white though in reality even though Intertape calls it white.

With its fiberglass filament backing, it allows the tape to have extra tensile strength to prevent splits or tears. Duck Reinforced Gummed Paper Tape's backing is waterproof so it will stay intact during any wet weather conditions. To apply, simply cut to size, wet the adhesive side of the paper with a sponge, spray bottle or rag to activate the adhesive, and then stick to the box.
