Marking Flags

Our lineup includes steel wire staff flags built from high-carbon alloy steel for bend-resistant strength, with staff lengths from 15 inches up to 36 inches and flag sizes ranging from 2.5 in. x 3 in. to 4 in. x 5 in. Choose from 17 vivid colors, including seven PresGlo neon shades, so your markings stay visible from a distance and under low light.

Marking flags follow the APWA color code standard used across the industry: white for proposed excavation, pink for temporary survey markings, red for electric lines, yellow for gas and petroleum lines, orange for communication cables, blue for potable water, purple for reclaimed water and irrigation, and green for sewer and drain lines.
