We currently offer two secure methods of checkout.

Our Checkout (FindTape.com)

Since 2003 we have offered our own secure FindTape.com checkout process. Click on the 'begin checkout' button from the shopping cart page and proceed through the 3 steps. You have the option to either check out anonymously (without having to create an account on the site) or you can log in first and check out using your saved information. Payment options we offer include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; as well as being able to use a check or money order.

PayPal

PayPal Express Checkout is a payment service offered by PayPal. It allows you to use the information stored in your PayPal account (or you can create a new PayPal account), such as billing address and credit card and bank account numbers, so you do not have to enter it directly on our site. Once you have a Paypal account, you can shop quickly and securely at any participating PayPal Express Checkout store. It allows you to save time by completing transactions in fewer steps.

If you are a tax-exempt organization and would like to flag your tax exempt status in the account please follow the procedure below.

Procedure:

  1. First login to your account (or register for a new account) by clicking on the "My Account" link which is at the top of every page on the web site.
  2. Then complete and fax in your tax exemption documentation (NJ ST-3, PA REV-1220, etc.), to us at 1-866-698-9890 (or email to orders@findtape.com) and please include the email address you used in step #1 on the form.
  3. After we receive and verify the documentation we will send a confirmation email back to the email address provided on the form indicating that it is now okay to place tax exempt orders.
  4. Then logout and then back into your account on the web site and the orders you place for shipment into the state your documentation was for will be tax exempt. You need to be logged in and use our online checkout process (not PayPal) for the orders to be flagged correctly.

*** We can NOT issue a sales tax refund retroactively after an order has shipped so please make sure to follow the procedure above.

  • Gmail (desktop and mobile)
    If Gmail delivers a legitimate message to spam, you have two options.
    • Mark a received campaign as Not Spam. Open the spam folder and click or tap the message. Click Not Spam.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the address book. Open the contact list, click or tap New Contact, and input the address.
  • Apple mail (desktop)
    If Apple Mail delivers a legitimate message to junk, you have two options.
    • Teach Apple Mail's filter to allow future messages. Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the address book. Open the message, right-click the sender email address, and choose Add to Contacts
  • Mail (Apple iOS mobile devices)
    If Mail delivers a legitimate message to junk, you have two options.
    • Teach Mail's filter to allow future messages. Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the address book. Open the message, and tap the From email address. Then tap Create New Contact to input FindTape email address in the contacts list.
  • Outlook
    If Outlook delivers a legitimate message to junk, you have two options.
    • Mark a received campaign as Not Junk. Open the junk folder and click the message. Click Not Junk.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the address book. Open the message, right-click the sender name, and click Add to Contacts. Authentication information may display in Outlook's sender name area, so add FindTape's email address only.
  • Outlook.com
    If Outlook.com delivers a legitimate message to junk, you have two options.
    • Mark a received campaign as Not Junk. Open the junk folder and right-click the message. Click Not Junk.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the Safe Recipient list. Click the gear icon, and choose Options. Click the Safe and Blocked Senders link, click Safe Senders, and input the message's From email address.
  • Yahoo Mail
    If Yahoo Mail delivers a legitimate message to junk, you have two options.
    • Mark a received campaign as Not Spam. Open the spam folder, click the message, and click Not Spam.
    • Add our email address [ info@findtape.com ] to the address book. Open the message and click the Add to contacts button next to the From email address.
  • After you click the 'CHECKOUT NOW' button you will be given a chance to enter a 'Must Arrive By' date for your order.
  • If the shipping method you have chosen will not get there in time based on having to cut tape to width or other material delays we will email you before shipping the order and give you the option to pay for a more expedited shipping method, push back your 'Must Arrive By' date, or cancel the order.
  • NOTE #1: based on our daily pickup times that UPS orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped the same day (or USPS orders placed after 12pm).
  • NOTE #2: as per the USPS web site "Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date."
