JVCC PPT-36G Silicone Splicing Tape is a translucent emerald green 2 mil polyester film with 1.6 mils of a nonresiduing pure silicone adhesive. One of the cleanest and strongest splicing tapes available. Its high adhesion and extremely stable adhesive system give it excellent resistance to photo processing chemicals, acids, oils, solvents, aging, staining, and water immersion. A superior performance leader card splicing tape. Used for splicing siliconized papers, films and non-woven materials in converting. Used for masking adhesive seams in metal bonding processes.

JVCC PES-32G Polyester Film Packaging Tape is a heavy-duty polyester film packaging tape used to meet the highest of quality & performance requirements. It is used for packaging, sealing, and splicing. This tape features extremely aggressive hot melt rubber-based adhesive that ensures instant holding power and provides a quick reliable seal when used for strip closure of regular slotted containers, overlap sealing, and fiber drum sealing. This polyester carton sealing tape is used for government packaging since it doesn't stretch or elongate like standard BOPP film packaging tape does.

JVCC PPT-3R Tape is a 1 mil polyester film coated with 2 mils of silicone adhesive. It resists fumes and chemicals and leaves minimum residue on removal. It is translucent and allows visibility of circuitry after masking. The film will not break or split during application or removal. A protective tape designed to perform well in all phases of masking operations during printed circuit board production. Engineering grade plating tape. Protects surfaces from splashes and chemical fumes in tin/lead striping and gold tab plating. Suitable for painting. Can also be used for splicing of certain silicone-coated papers and films.

JVCC PPT-25C Tape is a 1 mil polyester film coated with 1.5 mils of pre-cured silicone adhesive. It is designed to be fully stable electrically and mechanically at operating temperatures up to 350°F. The adhesive is cured to provide maximum resistance to chemicals and leaves no residue during masking or holding applications. Excellent resistance to abrasives, acids, oils, aging, staining, and water immersion. Used as outer wrap on coils, capacitors, motors, and transformers and for masking in electroplating, anodizing, and PC boards. It can also be used to splice silicone-coated paper and films.

Scapa 571 Silicone Splicing Tape is a thin polyester film, single-coated on one side with a custom-formulated silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (opposite side of the film utilizes a standard non-silicone coating). The silicone adhesive provides high initial tack and ensures an excellent bond to silicone coated substrates. This translucent shear-resistant product is pink to enable prompt splice identification and has a soft, conformable adhesive that adheres well to irregular surfaces. It is used for splicing of silicone release papers, films, and other substrates; general-purpose bonding; high-temperature masking; and chemical masking. Scapa 571 features include: Excellent adhesion to silicone coated substrates. High initial tack which insures a good bond. Conforms to achieve good contact to surfaces being spliced. High shear resistance for a strong bond. Color of tape enables prompt splice identification. Is resistant to many chemicals.

JVCC MPF-01 Metalized Polyester Film Tape is a metalized (aluminized) polyester mylar film with a brilliant, vibrant mirror-like finish; coated with an aggressive long-lasting clear acrylic adhesive system. Tapes have excellent chemical and thermal stability. Silver can be qualified to meet Federal Specification #L-T-100B, Type II. Gold is PVC-free and can be laser cut. Metalized Polyester Film Tape is used for reflective shielding; industrial & graphic art applications; decorative trim, nameplates, electric appliances, and advertising displays. It is also suitable for micro film splicing and can be used in photo sensing applications to detect spices and to facilitate roll changeovers (should test first). The tape is self-wound (no release liner) and all colors of MPF-01 are silver on the exposed adhesive-side of the tape. JVCC MPF-01 complies with the European RoHS 2002/95/EU, 2011/65/EU directives. The colors green and blue have been discontinued in this tape and no inventory now remains.
