I usually get the ATG gold variety, and ordered this by accident. It definitely serves its purpose, and the price was right. Compared to the Gold version, it doesn't release as cleanly. It leaves a scraggly edge that will sometimes release beyond where you'd like it to. Once you get used to the way it performs, and take it into account as you're using it, its just fine. I'd buy it again.

Originally used to hold paper targets on Archery stop. Works to my expectation. Have also used it for binding "no slip" carpet backing to runners throughout the house; works great and was quite east to install. Tip: separating the vinyl cover from the tap is very difficult (just getting a corner up is the tough part...peeling it off is easy). Suggest keeping a short overlap with the vinyl and the tape so you can remove the tape from the roll at the same time you strip the vinyl backing..then you cut the tape (not the backing) ...just put a piece of paper between the tape and the backing that is on the roll; that way it is easy to separate the backing next time you need a segment of tape from the roll.

I have looked many places for this tape. I use shurtape during my watercolor painting process. To mask an area that no color is needed. The paint does not bleed through this tape as it does with other masking tapes. Also it is easy to peel off without ripping the watercolor paper.

This tape works miracles when blisters are getting worse. It covers the area with a soft yet strong protection that moves with the foot and doesn't roll up inside socks. A real lifesaver especially when paired with Second Skin!

This is a good alternative to the name brand ATG tape. It is not quite as strong a bond, so I will continue to purchase the branded product as well, but this tape is a great alternative for other projects. Glad I tried it out. I will be purchasing it again.
