I first purchased this tape in 2010 after buying a Scotch ATG 714 tape applicator. I was tired of spending a lot of money on the little tape dispensers. I highly recommend this adhesive! If you have trouble remembering how to thread the tape in the applicator, there are many videos you can watch on You Tube. I appreciate that I no longer have to worry over every inch of adhesive I use! Be sure and order a partial case to save money!

purchased to cover some tears in an old leather sofa that was gifted to me. The match was Perfect. Just be careful applying product if you get wrinkles and have to remove it will take off the layer with it.

Intention is to outline the shape of my motorcycle and helmet. Tried small piece on smooth plastic helmet visor, but came back off easily. Most use will be on smooth surfaces (chrome..plexiglas) that occasionally will need to be cleaned with water and a mild cleaner. Will there be any problems with those applications?. Any tips I need to know to assure a good bond?. First time user and finally found out how to remove the backing and protective covering. Is that the strongest adhesive you use for the type of tape I purchased?.

For the last few months I've kept a roll with me at all times to use as a back up to an expensive compression wrap I use on my quad pull. After a few hours the reusable compression wrap drives me NUTS and it has to come off, then I wrap a few layers of this stuff right on my leg and man does it help. Only sticks to itself and stretches enough to flex but still gives support. At less than $1.25 per roll I bought a case and am 110% happy I did.

This tape works great. Strong, sticky, consistent. One strip every time, even on boxes that come in a bit beat up and need fixing. We use it every day on boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. For the best box sealing it has to be Shurtape or 3M. We never go with the cheap stuff. The cheap stuff always costs more eventually with repacking, retaping, & insurance claims from UPS/FedEx.

Good product for light duty dust control applications, will not damage wall surfaces. Will not hold-up to negative pressure containment barriers.

I work in the Broadcast industry and we use this tape mainly on our audio boards but we also use it to label equipment. You can write on it and it doesn't smear and it stays put until you want to remove it and doesn't leave any residue behind

We purchased 3m striping tape to pinstripe a large boat. It worked very nicely for this usage.
