This is not your typical customer service job! As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will perform a wide variety of duties including customer service, administrative, answering inbound calls, packaging and shipping orders and more. This is an opportunity to work in a fast‐paced, small business environment with hands‐on involvement in e‐retail business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer service related inquiries and orders via phone and email
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
• Support administrative and business operations
• Accurately label. package and ship products for fulfillment centers and customer orders
• Other similar and/or related duties as assigned

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Confident and driven individual with great verbal, written and telephone communication skills
• Quick learner – ability to learn and navigate new systems, services and processes
• Intermediate computer skills – internet, online shopping sites, email, Adobe PDF, Microsoft programs
• Positive, professional and friendly attitude
• Be a self‐starter, multi‐task with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Have reliable transportation
• 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience and/or equivalent skills, previous retail and/or eretail experience preferred
• Associates degree or equivalent related experience

Minimum Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, concentrate and learn
• Remain sitting, standing and/or walking unassisted for several hours at a time
• Lift, push or pull 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Continuously reach up and bend down; reach in all directions
• Have unlimited upper body mobility and manual dexterity
• Lift and extend 30 lbs. above the head
• Legally operate motor vehicle unassisted
