The Core is Key
ATG tape is wound around a hard-plastic core that is designed to snap or fit into an ATG tape dispenser. The various ATG tapes available have wide or narrow openings (or notches) around the main center opening (hole) which make them compatible with certain dispensers. The narrow opening (notched) cores contain 1/4-inch width tape and are available in multiple lengths. The wider opening (notched) cores contain 1/4-inch to 3/4-inch width tape.
